Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Consultant with a specialization in the automotive industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive manufacturing, sales, and engineering roles, along with a proven track record in sourcing and placing top talent within this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with automotive industry clients, including OEMs, suppliers, and dealerships.
Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions to fulfill their requirements.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for automotive roles, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Talent Acquisition:

Proactively source and recruit candidates for a variety of roles within the automotive industry, including manufacturing, engineering, sales, and service positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement.

Market Research and Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and talent availability within the automotive sector.
Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates based on industry knowledge.

Client Development and Business Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand business within existing client accounts and develop new client relationships within the automotive industry.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, pitch services, and secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the automotive industry.
Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, sales channels, and engineering principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
