Asthra E-Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designing Trainer to join our team. As a Graphic Designing Trainer, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and knowledge with learners who are eager to enhance their graphic designing skills. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training courses that cover the essential principles and techniques of graphic designing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals or groups
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different learners
- Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and tools in graphic designing
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them improve their design skills
- Collaborate with other trainers and design professionals to enhance training programs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in delivering training or teaching in a professional setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant certifications in graphic design, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
