Job description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6+ years of expertise in the Risk and Compliance domain, coupled with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. As a Business Analyst with a Scrum focus, you will be a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, responsible for gathering and refining requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the timely delivery of value-driven solutions. Your domain knowledge and Scrum expertise will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects that meet both business and customer expectations.
• Qualification : Degree/BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MS in computer science • Overall BA experience in IT: 6 years • Communication Skills : High • Location: Hyderabad, India Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and product owners to elicit and document clear, concise, and actionable requirements. • Employ Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to lead and participate in various Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the business goals, technical capabilities, and customer needs. • Refine user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure a common understanding of the requirements across the development team. • Work closely with development teams to address any questions or clarifications related to the user stories during the sprint execution. • Assess and manage product/business risks with supported solutions. • Resolve conflicts on various levels - organizational, process, solution, task, and team. • Demonstrate domain knowledge and identify key trends and customer segments. • Understanding of fundamental architectural patterns and styles, including microservices, monolithic, and cloud architectures. • Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) principles and practices. • Able to write technical requirements along with API and Data Analysis, Data Visualization skills.
