Are you an experienced organizational change manager with a minimum of 6-8 years of change management experience? Have you supported, driven, and led organizational change? If so, we want to connect with you! We’re looking for an organizational change management consultant (OCM) to join our team! The OCM Consultant is responsible for assessing, managing, delivering, and supporting our clients’ change management strategy. This role will help implement the change management strategy by identifying and managing stakeholders, developing, and implementing a change communications plan, identifying and developing a training plan, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and enabling employees to embrace the change in their organization or business unit. In addition, change management consultants will participate in project meetings and program reviews, to update the status of change management activities to stakeholders, influence, and gain commitments from sponsors to remove roadblocks, and ensure that OCM goals are achieved. Your background A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools Experience with large-scale and complex organizational change efforts Industry-recognized or accredited OCM Certification (APMG, CCMP, Prosci, etc.) Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong analytic skills and ability to provide insights to program manager Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop a communications plan and create content for internal communication Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or Finance Proficient in business tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint Preferred Skills And Experience Change management experience in the IT/Technology, Finance, and M&A functions of the business. Experience in a Big 4/ Management Consulting firm Ability to implement the approved change initiatives promptly Share best practices and create a new knowledge repositoryJob tags
