Job description
-Responsible for the End to End Recruitment Process.
-Sourcing (Direct/Indirect) of qualified candidates for open positions.
-Assessing applicant's knowledge, skills, experience for best fit for the position.
-Screening of Applications.
-Shortlisting the suitable candidates.
-Calling And Shortlisting candidates for Interview, Coordinate and schedule the interviews.
-Onboarding & Documentation process of new joiners.
