Job Summary
Looking for experienced full stack .Net Support Engineer that are always learning, supporting our business applications, and adapting to the ever-evolving technical landscape.

- 5 to 7 years of professional experience as an application support engineer.
Duties & Responsibilities - Troubleshoot environmental and application issues.
- Investigate, analyze root cause, and remediate incidents permanently.
- Provide operational and production support of environments for multiple applications.
- Monitors systems capacity and performance through APM tools.
- Contribute to application development and enhancement.
- Drive incident management resolution/engagement.
- Communicate with business and IT customers providing support and periodic updates.
- Create and maintain technical documentation of remediated incidents.
Technology Stack An ideal candidate will have a demonstrable understanding and/or hands-on experience with most of the following technologies:
- .NET Framework
- .NET Core
- ASP.NET Core MVC/ WEB API
- Microsoft SQL
- APM Tools (Any of AppDynamics, Splunk, Data Dog, AWS CloudWatch)
- L2/L3 Experience
- AWS Cloud Exposure (Preferred)
Professional experience:
- 5-7 years of Experience as .Net Support
