Job description
Position : Finance Controller, Purchase & Supply Chain
Sector : Auto OEM Location : Vadodara (Plant location) Responsibilities: Good understanding of product cost structure. Should be able to calculate the target cost for parts related to new projects & Engineering changes using costing methodologies like Zero Base Costing, Benchmarking etc. Play a key role in evaluating Purchase and Supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve the profitability of the organization. Track the Budget targets. Should be able to do financial & commercial validation of material cost change. Implement standardization and automation of processes to minimize business risk. Support in Monthly Reporting & Financial Closings Qualifications/ Skills: B-Tech in any discipline, plus MBA in Finance. 7+ Years of relevant experience in manufacturing set-up. Previous experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Ability to meet tight, multiple deadlines and handle various projects and tasks. Strong systems and data management skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience is mustJob tags
