Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

Location: Nagpur

Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our healthcare organization in Nagpur. The AR Caller will be instrumental in managing accounts receivable, engaging with individuals and insurance companies, and ensuring the prompt collection of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a robust understanding of healthcare billing procedures.

*Responsibilities:

Contact individuals and insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims or invoices.
Verify insurance information and ensure accurate billing details are provided.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
Negotiate and establish payment plans with patients or insurance companies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including billing and coding, to resolve issues.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to accounts receivable management.
Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and billing procedures.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.

*Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as an AR Caller or in a similar role within healthcare or medical billing.
Strong understanding of healthcare billing procedures, insurance verification, and claims processing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
Proficient in using billing and accounting software.
Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
