Job Overview: IILM Institute of Higher Education, Lodhi Road is looking for a candidate for the position of Registrar. The preferred candidate should possess experience in managing and maintaining academic records, overseeing registration and enrollment processes, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Student Registration, Enrolment and Record Management Conduct Degree Audits and Graduation ceremonies Process requests for official transcripts in accordance with institutional policies Generate and analyse reports related to enrolment, academic progress, and other key metrics. Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, and other relevant offices to ensure effective communication and coordination of services. Communicate with students regarding registration deadlines, academic policies, etc. Utilize and maintain student information systems and other relevant technologies.

Requirement: Proven experience in academic administration or registrar roles. Strong knowledge of academic policies, compliance requirements, and record-keeping best practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using relevant software and databases. Should be highly organized with an attention to detail.
