Required Qualifications · Professional and concise communication, both verbal and written · 7+ years in an engineer role · Windows Server administration, configuration, and management · Intermediate to advanced PowerShell knowledge for modifying and updating scripts · Windows Cluster management · Ability to do Root Cause Analysis on Windows Servers · Windows NT Share configuration and modification · Active Directory modifications · Backup best practices knowledge · Ability to be proactive and speak up when you see an issue · Monitor Ticket, Chat, and Email queue to acknowledge cases within SLA requirements · Attention to detail · Basic networking knowledge Preferred Experience · Experience working on an international team · VMware experience · Avamar working · WinSCP and FTP knowledge · DataDog and SNMP tools · Splunk usage to pull relevant events Pls send your CV with CTC and notice period details at [email protected].
