Provisioning Engineers
1. Primary Responsibilities
Provisioning of SAP ISBN Applications
Ariba,
Business Network and
External Workforce/FieldGlass
a. New Tenant Provisioning
b. Updating/Changing existing tenants
c. Following SAP IFRS process and tools
d. Validation of provisioned tenants to make sure all entitlements are delivered to the customer on time.
e. Creation and Maintenance of runbooks
f. Preparation of Services statistics and reports.
Projects
a. Help with clean-up of SAP Tenant Data in various systems.
b. Help test and document provisioning new SKU s and automation tools and process
2. Qualifications
Knowledge of SPC (Mandatory)
SAP CRM and Harmony (good to know)
SAP Fulfillment Process (good to know)
3+ Yrs. of experience in a technical role
Basic knowledge of Ariba and Fieldglass (recommended)
Some expertise in troubleshooting technical errors (java script errors, errors, json files etc)
Work US (8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Pacific times) and India 2nd shift business hrs (2.00 PM 11.00 PM IST), weekdays only.
SLA s are Function based.
