Job description
- Act as a strategic thought partner and be the go-to data expert in helping our customers develop analyses and processes.
- Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders/customers for them to act based on your recommendations.
- Liaise with clients on project schedule/planning of deliverables.
- Ensure that the new associates/junior colleagues deliver quality deliverables by providing guidance and performing QC/review.
- Identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate customers requirements to generate implement an end-to-end solution to their business challenges.
- Drive customer meetings and communicate the solutions clearly.
- Mentor peers and more junior members of the team to share your unique knowledge and skills.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have 2+ years of experience in
- US Healthcare Claims data (Required)
- US Pharma Commercial analytics (Required)
- Affiliations Data - Excellent SQL skills with experience querying US Healthcare Claims data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members
- Attention to detail and QC Obsessed. We want you to continuously check your work for typos, mistakes, logical errors and to make sure the story to the end client is intuitive.
