Job Overview

DCS Group is seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Plant Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our company's plants. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in plant maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal plant performance
• Conduct periodic equipment testing and calibration
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and address maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in plant maintenance
