JD:
Minimum Qualifications:
*10+ years' of software development and software architecture experience working within a bank
*Extensive experience leading engineering solutions, with current understanding of stack and common projects
*8+ years of proven delivery track record
*Will manage team of more than 90+ members
*The person has to have 'had' front-end/consumer product engineering experience…mobile, UI. While this person will not be hands-on from a technology perspective (i.e., not coding, etc.), they need to understand how to direct the team in developing these products
*Work with the engineering team to make sure the solutions are developed as designed and help solve issues that may come up during the development process
*Excellent verbal and written communication skill; Should be able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
*Extensive experience in JAVA/J2EE stack, Micro Service
*Extensive knowledge on building and designing Rest API, API Gateway, API Standards.
*Extensive knowledge on Micro-services, Web services and Integration styles.
*Experience on building end to end Cloud Architecture on GCP, AWS or Azure with preference to GCP.
*Hands-on experience on Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Batch
*Experience on various kinds of Databases SQL/NoSQL/Graph
*Hands on experience on Redis (Caching Mechanism)
*Hands-on development, DevOps and Agile delivery skills.
*Knowledge of CI/CD is an advantage.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skill; Should be able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
*Knowledge of an Enterprise Architecture framework, e.g., TOGAF, Zachman (Preferred)
*Understanding of messaging platform like Kafka, MQ, Solace.
*Good to have knowledge on Elastic Search
*Good understanding of Solution architecture patterns.
*Ability to work with senior stakeholders and various business parties and drive all the business discussions.
*A track-record of making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long-term risks and implications.
*Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively.
