ARYA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS is looking for Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. A Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for:
- Developing and managing relationships with key customers, with the goal of increasing revenue and customer loyalty.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with key customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition and market changes.
- Achieving sales targets and reporting on sales activities and progress.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, and experience in sales and customer relationship management. A deep understanding of the industry and market they are serving is also desirable
