Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with photo shoots, both in-studio and on-location.
- Set up and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and accessories.
- Collaborate with photographers and other team members to plan and execute creative concepts for photo projects.
- Capture high-quality images that meet the specifications and requirements of each project.
- Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop or other editing software.
- Organize and manage digital image files, ensuring proper naming, storage, and backup procedures are followed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, and maintaining inventory of photography supplies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and equipment to enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to our projects.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input for upcoming photo shoots and projects.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned by the photography team or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a photography or related program at a college or university, or recent graduate.
- Strong passion for photography and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., DSLR cameras, lighting setups, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Portfolio demonstrating your photography skills and creative abilities (if available).
