Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intellectual Property Associate. The Intellectual Property Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including working on patent and trademark cases, conducting research, drafting legal documents, managing timelines, and liaising with clients and attorneys. The associate will work in Hyderabad and report to the team lead.
Qualifications
Expertise in Law, including Intellectual Property Law.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in filing, prosecuting, and managing Trademarks, Copyright, and Patent Applications.
Excelled skills and experience in drafting, filing, and managing Opposition and Rectification Proceedings.
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with client and attorney communication.
Knowledge of the Indian Intellectual Property landscape and procedures is a plus.
