I have an exciting requirement for a skilled sales professional with experience in the travel industry. The project involves personal selling of our highly curated travel packages specifically focusing on destinations in Gangtok.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

- Proven track record in selling services, particularly in the travel sector

- Knowledge and understanding of the attractions, accommodations, and culture in Gangtok

- Impressive negotiation and persuasive skills

Expectations :

- Actively engage potential customers to sell travel packages

- Facilitate customer inquiries about the package details

- Constantly meet sales targetsÂ

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Gangtok. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, converting prospects to clients, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including calling customers, lead generation, prospecting, and selling
• Customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and persuasion skills, including the ability to close deals
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Travel and Tourism industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
