Reveal Health Tech, an early-stage IT startup based out in the US and India, is seeking a Finance Associate to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for India and US entities. Reveal Health Tech is a company on a mission to help "reveal" the transformative potential of technology in delivering healthcare. As a Finance Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this mission by partnering with the Reveal Health Tech team to innovate and deliver cutting-edge services to clients in the healthcare space. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable. Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to help inform business decisions. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards. Work with team members across departments to identify financial concerns and develop solutions that align with company goals. Participate in the development and execution of long-term financial strategies and plans. Provide administrative support to both India and US entities Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role Experience with financial reporting and analysis Knowledge of financial software and systems, we currently use ZohoBooks Exposure to US GAAP and Payroll principles is a plus Understanding of accounting principles and regulations Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits What do you get in return?
