Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. Primary responsibility is to drive measurable results through various digital marketing channels, with a focus on achieving specific key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, leads, or sales. Responsibilities : Â
1. Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
2. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to optimize targeting and maximize campaign performance.
3. Utilize performance tracking tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to monitor campaign metrics and identify areas for improvement.
4. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
5. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
6. Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources based on performance and strategic priorities.
7. Generate regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualification :Â
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1-2 years) in performance marketing roles within the advertising industry, preferably with a focus on digital advertising.
3. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc., and proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
