Role Description

The Netsuite Technical Consultant role is a full-time on-site position located in Noida. As a Netsuite Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing NetSuite solutions for clients to optimize their use of the system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide best practices and solutions and ensure a successful implementation for our clients.

• Configure and customize NetSuite's SuiteCommerce platform to meet client requirements.
• Demonstrate expertise in SuiteCommerce's technical aspects, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Optimize SuiteCommerce for performance, user experience, and scalability.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of SuiteCommerce implementations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, for cohesive implementation.
• Provide client training on SuiteCommerce functionality and features.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for configurations and customizations.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SuiteCommerce implementations.

Expertise:

• Experience in configuring and customizing e-commerce platforms.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with NetSuite's suite of business applications is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
