Major Responsibilities: Implementing a robust schedule for the Virtual Induction for Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore location Actively engage with the senior leaders to understand and improvise on JD, KRAs & KPIs for their team members as well as understand the learning needs for them Ensure all the new joinees are given the training on their JDs, KRAs & KPIs and the document is shared with them too Drive the Learning strategy for Schbang Academy Drive a range of learning solutions for all employees, for managers and leader, the new employee orientation that is compelling and makes the them ready for the challenges of the future Develop and implement training programs and measure its impact Manage the operations of the Learning Organization – update the training programs trackers Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors; investigates with the help of Feedback form Put together and conduct training sessions company-wide wrt to organizational etiquette such as business writing, email etiquette and productivity, process training and other skill-based trainings Implement processes for external trainings that will smoothen the workflow Maintain trackers for invoicing, student enrolment, training dates, trainer payouts, etc. Assist in creation and updating of various marketing related assets such as website, brochures, social media and performance creatives, etc. Assist in course creation along with trainers (masters) Manage metrics and measurements and provides Return on Investment Be the external face for the organization with vendors, partners and the associated ecosystem to bring that learning and opportunity to the organization.
