Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist with experience in Talent Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking events, to attract top talent
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven 1 year work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Experience with talent sourcing and talent acquisition services
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
