Job description

As Inside Sales Executive, You Will Play A Crucial Role In Expanding Our Client Base And Revenue Streams By Selling Our Comprehensive Range Of Technology Services. You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Engaging Potential Clients, Building Lasting Relationships, And Closing Deals.Â

1. *Qualified Lead Generation - Identify, Prospect, And Qualify Potential Clients Who Can Benefit From Our IT Outsourcing Services, Software Engineering Services, Technology Solutions, ERP Implementation And Support, And Artificial Intelligence Solutions. Â

2. *Planning - Develop And Execute Inside Sales Plan, Including Account Planning, Lead Generation, And Pipeline Management, To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.Â

3. *Consultative Selling - Understand Clients' Unique Business Needs, Challenges, And Goals, And Provide Tailored Solutions That Demonstrate The Value Of Our Services.Â

4. *Industry Knowledge - Stay Updated On Our Portfolio Of Services, Technology Trends, And Industry Best Practices To Effectively Communicate Our Offerings To Clients.Â

5. *Proposal And Presentation - Prepare And Deliver Compelling Sales Presentations And Proposals To Potential Clients, Addressing Their Specific Requirements And Demonstrating ROI.Â

6. *Coordinate Client Acquisition-Â Where Applicable Participate In Coordinating Client Acquisitions, Participate In Contract Discussions, And Assist In Closing Sales Deals While Ensuring That They Are Mutually Beneficial And Aligned With Our Business Objectives.Â

7. *Competitive Representation - Based On Target Leads, Evaluate Competitive Landscape As Applicable And Accordingly Represent Adroitent's Value Adds And Unique Selling Proposition.  Â

 8. *Sales Reporting - Maintain Accurate Records Of Leads/Sales Activities, Forecasts, And Client Interactions Using CRM Tools, And Provide Regular Sales Reports To The Management Team.Â
