Job description

Purpose of Role :

• Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements, resolution of quality problems, preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records.
• Development, Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring of all Contract specific procedures
• Review & Monitor supplier's quality systems & quality performance.
• Review & approval of Supplier Quality Control Plan, Welding, NDT & Testing Procedure.
• Reporting quality activities of projects.
• Ensure availability of applicable work documents such as drawings, specification, standards & project specific documents.
• Laisoning with the Client on matters related to quality.
• Auditing - Internal & External and follow up of corrective action.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Ensure Quality inspection to be done within stipulated time frame.

Ensure to comply within 30 days of sail out.

Minimum 10nos. of SFA to be carried out.

Minimum 1 continual improvement to be carried out.

Specific Skill Sets/Competencies Required (list down the 5 core competencies most relevant for this role) :

• Should have relevant Inspection experience in various static
• Should be a QMS lead auditor & have experience in working with International Client.
• Should possess valid ASNT Level II or III.
• Auditing skills.
• Customer focus.
• Understanding of Codes and standard requirements (ASME/IBR/API).
