Primary Skill : Delivering Customer Value
Secondary Skill : Engaging & InspiringPosition Specific duties : Perform batch audits of terms and incentive programs Flexibility to work in Shifts and extended hours during month end Compile, analyze and maintain program specific data and quality reports Manage process workflow and documentation Look for innovation and process transformation opportunities using automation tools like power automate, Power BI or other automation tools Incentives, Purchase order and discount validation and auditing of channel partners RPA maintenance or monitoring Adhere to daily and monthly KPIs and deliver the services at agreed SLA's Develop, coordinate, and deliver training for new and existing employees on functional responsibilities, system and business program Handling process transition Required skill : Strong attention to detail Proficient communication skills in English and effective presentation skills Experience using standard desktop load applications and various department-specific computer programs, including Microsoft Office programs Ability to work with multiple backend systems as a user. Knowledge of incentive programs Working experience on Macros, Power BI and Power Automate Desired Experience : Experience in working dealer or channel operations function of BPOs/captives/KPOs of multinational financial services companies/Bank Process migration experience Education : Master's degree in accounting/businessJob tags
