ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquisition, Advise & Alive
1. Procuring potential clients through networking, database, market analysis and references.
2. Managing a portfolio of existing and new HNI customers by generating cross-sell revenue and doing 360-degree Financial Planning and advisory by wealth management for products like Mutual funds, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, FD etc.
3. Comply with organizational guidelines and norms.
4. Cross-sell products and services to both new/existing HNI Ultra HNI clients as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements through a financial planning process.
5. Creating a solid and compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee
development.
6. Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and allocating resources to the most profitable
Opportunities.
7. Team management and grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
The Successful Applicant
At least a PG degree with preferred certification in NISM 10A/10B , CFP,CWM
10+ years of experience in selling financial products/ private banking or wealth management
A good network of clients across UHNWI/HNWI, family offices and/or institutions
Strong communication skills
