About the job
As a Business Development Associate (Sales) you'll be directly responsible for maintaining and managing our existing customer base, serve as a point of contact for any client concerns and provide the necessary after-sales support.
Your day to day will involve:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Identifying opportunities for upselling
- Providing training and guidance to clients on product usage
- Addressing client concerns or issues and ensuring timely resolution of the same
- Preparing regular reports and sharing insights with clients on account performance
- Sharing client feedback and market insights to enhance product development
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service roles
- Has the ability to build customer relationship and understand client needs
- Ability to manage different accounts while looking for ways to add new clients to the roster
- Has excellent communication/interpersonal skills
