Responsibilities : Should have knowledge of making & checking of Mechanical Drawings of Objects & machine items as well with machining symbols & accepted tolerances. Should have knowledge of Quality control procedures used in the company. Should be able to check incoming quality as required by the company & communicate & guide vendors for any corrective or preventive measures. Should be able to handle third party inspection & technical audits. Should have knowledge of making specifications ,defect lists, AQL for sample Inspection. Should be able to address customer complaints & take corrective action. Should have knowledge of raw materials used in castings,forgings,and other materials used for finishing purpose. Should have knowledge of measuring instruments like vernier,micrometer etc. and able to use them for inspection. Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 3 to 5 years Mechanical Engineering Set up Knowledge of computer MS War, MS Excel, ERP System, MS PowerpointJob tags
