About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join our Revenue Operations team for a 6-month internship. As a Task Master, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams by handling various manual and semi-automated tasks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that will offer you valuable exposure to the inner workings of a growing company and the revenue generation process.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and prioritize assigned tasks from GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
· Process orders, update CRM data, and manage lead generation activities
· Assist with campaign execution and data analysis
· Build and maintain spreadsheets and databases
· Create and update internal documentation and training materials
· Research and develop new processes to improve efficiency
· Identify and troubleshoot task-related issues and escalate as needed
· Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress
· Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Eager to learn and take on new challenges
