Who are we
We at spocto are developing a full stack collections platform that is powered by AI ML capabilities, that is radically changing collections within the debt industry.
In March 2022, we became India's fastest fintech and most impactful start-up to join the unicorn club with a Series B fundraising round of $137 million.
We already have all the top Banks and NBFCs as our clients. We have offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Dubai. We plan to expand our business across the EU, USA and SE Asia over the next couple of years.
Job Title –MIS Manager Reports to – DVP- Phygital. Location: Airoli – Navi Mumbai. Job Description - Strong hand in Excel and MS Office skills
- Should have experience in creating Data used for analytics
- Should have experience in making presentations and pivots
- Eye for Micro details to assess data sets received from multiple stakeholders and should be analytical mind.
- Strong interpersonal skills aiding coordination between Internal and External stakeholders
- Ability to Collate and analyse data for the entire process on a monthly/Weekly/Daily
- Engage with different work streams to proactively collaborate to drive SLA's
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI's
- Adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes.
Requirements - Have 10+ years of fair understanding of digital collections industry.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis and find the root cause of the problem.
- Previous MIS experience mandatory.
- Advance excel, Excel based MS Excel VLOOKUP, H Lookup, Pivot table, Data Analysis and Graphical representation of data.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Eye for details, critical thinking and problem solving.
- Flexible, good at multitasking and a team player.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
