As an Agile project engineer Intern your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
Core Functional Responsibilities: - Planning and designing events with attention to financial and time limitation
- Organizing events according to requirements, target, audience, and objective
- Discussion with the vendors to reaching the view of agreement
- Conduct short term and long term planning and managements for events and sales
- Implementing brainstorming ideas of event plans and concept
- Handling budgeting and invoicing
- Updating the plans and ideas with senior management
- A detailed research opportunities for new clients and events
- Liaising and parleying with vendors
- Negotiating with sponsorship deals
- Make sure about the insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed
- Manage and co-ordinate suppliers and all event logistics
- Handle client queries & troubleshoot on the day of events to run smoothly
- Produce post event reports and updating that in the sheet for future events
- Developing event feedback surveys for future betterment & growth
- Team & setting the co-worker goal according to their potential
- Familiar with new tools & techniques that are implementing
- Maintaining good relation with company stakeholders
- Cooperatively work with the customers
- Responding to change over following a plan
- Framing the co-worker in a team by examine right skills & knowledge
- Delivering the working software before timing for customer satisfaction
- Communicating between team members about evolving requirements & planning
General Responsibilities: - Research about different venues, suppliers, and contractors then negotiate price & hire
- Train and supervise and work with event staffs for smooth event conductance
- A brief summary knowledge about Learning management system
- Attending face-to-face meeting with clients when necessary
- Rapport building with employees & vendors
- Fixing the goals to easily achieve the target
- Work togetherly throughout a project
- Help the team & providing guidance for common goal
- Valuing people more than processes and tools
- Comfortably handle quick changes and prioritize the work accordingly

About Abhyaz Internships : Abhyaz Internships are a 4-16 weeks remote opportunity designed to develop your professional acumen while you work on critical real time projects. You are expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week. Our team of mentors and industry professionals guide you through every step of the project for you to gain valuable hands on exposure. We publish your work results in your online portfolio, allowing you to strengthen your professional resume and social media profiles, while showcasing your work to best position your talents for future opportunities.The outcomes will be byte-sized projects that will have to be delivered every week.
