Job description

Ensuring budget notification is respected considering lab level objective set by the senior management by
Monitoring Capacity and actual utilization
Monthly monitoring of lab level capacity, planned utilization and actual utilization achieved
Keeping an up-to-date repository of projects underway and lead by India lab
Ensure proactive actions to ensure the lead by lab on projects and program
Project list of all the current and planned project with project managers assignment
Work closely with project/Program managers to add more project to project lead by India lab
Dashboard and Reporting
All the dashboards and reports are readily available
Ensuring Clarity (timesheet management toom) is completed timely and related lab level objectives are achieved by
Completion of Clarity and efforts on projects are respected as per lab objectives
Ensuring local processes and practices are implemented by
Processes are implemented
Ensure various lab level meetings and forums are planned and animated in timely manner with planned agenda.
Meeting invites are shared timely with agenda prepared
Support in various Managerial objectives follow up like
Timely follow up on OKRs and Domain retrospective to ensure their implementation.
Digitalization of processes : All the lab operation processes are digitalised using defined tool/portal
Processes are digitalised in portal
To ensure awareness and implementation of Quality management by
Internal Process audit roadmap preparation and publish
Year end lab level audit results are prepared and published.
Working closely with Communication and administration team to ensure a smooth functioning of the lab
Lab operations support the lab day to day needs in a smooth and professional manner
Represent lab in Central PMO forum as well as be the point of contact for OIC India PMOs for Lab project matters
