Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Associate role located in Noida and Gurgaon, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for networking with clients, generating leads, and creating sales opportunities. The role also involves providing customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and feedback.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and market trends
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
