Role Description

The Executive Assistant will support our Chief Executive Officer with Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, Expense Reports, Diary Management, Administrative Assistance. This is a full-time hybrid role with responsibilities located in Pune and some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in maintaining expense reports and diary management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office-related software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
