Sales Executive - Chokhi Dhani (Hotel Background Preferred)

About the Role In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your hospitality expertise to build strong relationships with potential clients, promote Chokhi Dhani's offerings, and achieve ambitious sales targets. You'll be instrumental in securing new business partnerships and exceeding guest expectations through exceptional service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing corporate clients, travel agents, and other sales channels. Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and preferences. Craft compelling sales presentations that showcase the unique value proposition of Chokhi Dhani's experience-driven hospitality. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability while fostering long-term client relationships. Manage and track sales activities through CRM systems and reporting tools. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and brand awareness. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, guest services) to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to execution. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies effectively. Qualifications (Hotel Background Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or a relevant B2B sales role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry and its sales landscape. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level. Negotiation and deal-closing expertise. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to sales strategies.
