We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi.

Salary Range: 30,000-35,000/month

Probation: 3 months

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

The Post Production Manager will be leading Editors team, making sure that the team is provided with proper training, support, supervisions, working tools, processes and leadership to thrive and deliver consistent quality to our clients.  The primary role of the Post Production Manager is to oversee postproduction processes of in-house and acquired visual content to meet deadlines and client's satisfaction. This role requires excellent technical understanding as well as strong managerial skills. The post-production manager will act as liaison between the Clients and the post production team to address technical and personnel concerns. You will need to work effectively with a wide variety of staff and be able to effectively work within the director's vision during the post-production process. We are looking for an outstanding communicator who will be working closely with different department heads, teams and able to handle several tasks in parallel while challenging and streamlining the post production process towards excellence. We are seeking a talented and experienced image editor with excellent photoshop knowledge to join our team!You should be well versed editing images and videos for E-commerce platforms. Job Responsibilities:

 

· Managing the workload of up to 20 editors at a time including the time of editors to ensure that all tasks in the final stages of a project's production are finished on time and within budget.

· Coordinate staff, freelancers, and edit job schedules to ensure flow of services.

· Supervise, motivate and lead post-production personnels to ensure high performance. Ensuring a culture that motivates staff to perform and to grow within the organization.

· Oversee multiple projects in various staged of post-production at any given time to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

· Liaising with the Production Head to make sure review and approval happens at critical times.

· Sourcing innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of the Postproduction Unit.

· Quality control – Managing the work of editors to ensure timely, quantitative and consistent quality image deliveries.

· General post-production duties; which may include quality check of images/videos, delivering links to clients and general troubleshooting.

· Effective and clear communication towards clients, teams and department heads at all times.

· Assigning post schedules - checking with Production head if delivery dates are going to be met and informing the Production Manager and the business head if not.

· Booking and coordinating Freelance Editors and making business head aware if required.

· Running the Review and approval and making sure images are in the correct folders.

· Updating, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with set standards

· Working with the Editors team to ensure on post production work is abiding to standards.

· Taking care of entire image editing process.

 

Job Requirements:

 

· Media or graphic designing or editing Degree or relevant qualification.

· Outstanding knowledge and experience of workflows based around Adobe Photoshop

· Proven track record of managing production of HQ editing workflows.

· Previous proven experience managing online and on-the-job editors and freelancers and client relationship development

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients and team in both English and Hindi Languages.

· Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in a high pace environment and to deadlines and to manage a team.

· Must have Knowledge and understanding or experience in working with Image production in fashion industry/E-commerce/ creative studio is preferred.

· Very well knows Image Editing- pen tool background removal, white balance, color corrections, shadow creation, retouching image, cropping, Image stitching, sharpening, Hair masking etc.

· Having Graphic designing knowledge and experience is an add-on.

· Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, proactive, self-driven and result oriented individual.
