Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners aligned with company goals.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key industry players for collaboration opportunities.
- Evaluate partnership potential based on strategic fit and mutual benefits.
- Setting up Introductory calls with potential partners, and deliver Demo Calls for them.
- Preparing and submitting proposals to these potential partners.
- Serve as the primary contact between the company and partners.
- Organize meetings to maintain strong relationships and address concerns.
- Manage and mentor sales interns, reviewing performance and workload.
- Generate leads from partnerships and help in closing sales deals.

Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years experience in partnership building and negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate strategic fit and market impact.
- Proficiency in assisting with drafting partnership contracts meeting legal requirements.
- Ability to manage and mentor sales interns.
- Track record of lead generation and successful sales closures.
- Willingness to travel, relocate if necessary, and build strong teams through collaboration and transparency.
