Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our overseas education consulting services. This is a full-time position with a focus on the German market. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and counseling in the education industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or counseling in the education industry
• Strong knowledge of the German education system and admission requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Good understanding of market research and analysis
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities .
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as educational institutions, agents, and potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote our services
• Provide counseling and guidance to students interested in studying in Germany
• Assist students with the application process, including documentation, admission requirements, and visa procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and meet client expectations
• Prepare and present reports on business performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay updated with the latest developments
• Achieve sales targets and contribute towards the overall growth of the company
