Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Outreach Executive to join our team at the Mumbai Office. The Outreach Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential parents promoting our programs and helping leads to convert into admissions at centres. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and make a meaningful impact at KIDO Group. The role will report to Operations Manager.

So what will an Outreach Executive do at K do Education

Make outbound calls to a list of potential leads provided by the organization

Introduce and explain our programs to prospects

Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect

Address questions and objections effectively to move prospects closer to a sale

Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest and potential as enrollment

Meet daily weekly and monthly targets

Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel

Provide regular reports on call performance sales progress and key metrics

Collaborate with the operations manager to identify areas for improvement

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with prospects over the phone

Resultsdriven with a passion for sales and achieving targets

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in customer relationship management

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in marketing or business administration

Two to three years of experience as sales representative/executive

Proven track record of positive sales performance
