Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their specific requirements regarding skills, position, experience, location, and roles. Ensure clear communication and alignment between client expectations and candidate profiles.
Preliminary Telephonic Interviews: Conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates to assess their interest, availability, reasons for job change, technical proficiency, communication skills, attitude, and salary expectations. Represent clients' interests during these interactions.
Candidate Follow-Up: Follow up with candidates after interviews to provide feedback, updates on their application status, and address any queries they may have. Maintain regular communication to foster long-term relationships and enhance employee retention.
