Position: Senior Java Developer - Enterprise Applications (HR Industry)

Location: Work from Home (US Shift)

Responsibilities:

Design, define, and develop enterprise-grade, cloud-based applications tailored for the HR industry.
Utilize Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, and Linux in the development lifecycle.
Create and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) solutions specific to HR needs.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development using Java.
Proficiency in Java development and a strong understanding of Spring Boot framework.
Extensive experience with Git workflows: feature branches, merging, rebasing, squash commits, pull requests, etc.
Previous work experience creating Applicant Tracking Systems within the HR industry.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, Linux, and Hibernate.
Ability to work efficiently in a remote, US-shift environment.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge or experience in developing multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS applications.
Familiarity with mobile application development.
Hands-on experience with AWS services.
Prior involvement in start-ups or small-team environments is advantageous.
