Job Purpose
JD for Branch Marketing Manager – Customer Acquisition: Plan, develop, execute and monitor all marketing, advertising, promotional activities in line with the marketing strategy and organizational objectives helping achieve the branch sales targets.
Job Responsibilities - Develop marketing initiatives to expand the customer base and to optimize sales (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)
- Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary lead generation
- Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomes.
- Manage Telemarketing and tele calling operations – in-house as well as outsourced.
- Vendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agencies
- Manage the marketing department budget for the branch
- Designing and producing marketing collaterals where needed
- Oversee corporate communications and other business development activities for the branch
