Job description
Plant Production Manager for PEB
Location – Hyderabad (Jeedimetla)
About the Role:
This role reports directly to the
Director of the firm and is expected to supervise independently the entire
production of PEB primary frames, structural steel etc
Key responsibilities:
· Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production goals, taking into account factors such as available resources, equipment capacity, and customer demand.
· Allocate and manage resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient production operations.
· Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications. Monitor and address any quality issues that arise during production
· Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
· Continuously assess and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs. Implement Lean or Six Sigma principles as applicable
· Manage inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished products are available when needed without excess stockpiling
