Job description

Job Title: Accounts and Admin Job Summary: To perform a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks in an accounting department including the following responsibilities. Location: Bhandup West Job Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and contracts. Handle GST and TDS calculations, filing, and compliance as per applicable regulations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Coordinate with CA for all kinds of compliances for tax and return filing purposes. Follow-up on invoice payment with customers. Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, arranging any office supplies and other misc. tasks. Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current. Travel & Stay bookings and coordinate with vendors, if necessary. Perform any other related work as assigned by seniors. Team person and go getter attitude.
