We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Onboarding Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and migrating data from various sources, including PDFs, Excel sheets, and other formats, to our standardized templates. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining data integrity and accuracy throughout the onboarding process.

What You'll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives Objective #1

In your first thirty days, develop an understanding of the Enterprise maintenance system, onboarding tools, the customers and the current projects.

  • Familiarization: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our data migration protocols, templates, and tools.
  • Initial Projects: Successfully complete the onboarding of two smaller-scale projects, demonstrating proficiency in data extraction and migration.
  • Utilize and update Salesforce to track the onboarding process for each client and each aircraft.

Objective #2

In your first 60 days, onboard new and increasing variety of aircraft types.

  • Complex Data Handling: Begin working on more intricate data migration tasks, involving diverse formats and sources.
  • Issue Resolution: Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues independently, contributing to improved data integrity.
  • Communicate with customers through email.
  • Maintain an average accuracy of 90-95%.

Objective #3

In your first 90 days, gain efficiency and onboard more complex aircraft types.

  • Identify learning opportunities, and knowledge gaps and seek out the appropriate personnel assistance
  • Increased Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance the speed and efficiency of data migration workflows.
  • Collaboration Impact: Establish effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, resulting in seamless information exchange and project alignment.
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Take a leadership role in quality assurance measures, ensuring a minimal error rate and consistently high data accuracy.

Attention to Detail - In the day-to-day responsibilities of the Onboarding Analyst, precision is paramount. Migrating data accurately requires a meticulous approach to detail. Ensuring data integrity and completeness hinges on the analyst's ability to thoroughly review and validate each piece of information. Attention to detail is crucial for identifying inconsistencies, errors, or irregularities in the data migration process, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality and error-free results.

Strong Problem Solvers/Analytical Thinkers: The right person for this role has strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities. They will be able to verify usability and completeness of documentation provided, ensuring it meets current standards to enroll the aircraft properly. They will be able to analyze customer maintenance programs to identify discrepancies amongst extensive, complex data sets. Including identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends and/or patterns.

Project Management, Organizational Planning & Execution: The best OA will have excellent project and time management skills. They will do exceptionally well at multitasking and juggling several tasks and deadlines at once, with a seamless path of prioritizing their schedule. The OA will be responsible for maintaining their own queue, so they must excel at planning, executing and closing all projects on or before deadlines.
