Job Summary:
• Have a deep understanding of the different programmatic products available in Havas, as well as an in-depth understanding of the programmatic landscape.
• Be trained on the various Havas platforms, tools, and dashboards.
• Contribute to the day-to-day campaign management and ad operations and take ownership of set-up, targeting, monitoring, optimization, and reporting & analytics.
• Complete all relevant programmatic Training and certification relative to programmatic, especially major DSPs, 3P data provider, brand safety and verification partner platforms.
• Be autonomous in writing programmatic response and guiding the digital planners of the agency team in a campaign operational perspective.
• Arranged regular meetings with your programmatic pod, as well as ad operations team to liaise campaign updates, nuances on optimization, align programmatic strategies.
• Shared well-written optimization strategies and insights relative to the campaign and be able to anticipate the campaign needs ahead of time.
• Closely work with other departments such as engagement team and business operations to provide timely, accurate and well-proofed analysis and reporting of campaigns.
• Crafted campaign benchmarks, insights, and learnings to be applied on succeeding campaigns.
• Consistently managed and delivered campaigns through your portfolio of clients, with the highest degree of service, strongest results and without error.
• Shared your strong programmatic media knowledge through facilitating training sessions with your peers and providing in-depth optimization strategies within your assigned campaign scope.
• Seek opportunities to not only grow and develop client campaigns but look for ways to improve the existing products used by client.
• Showcase knowledge and capability through a showcase campaign with Copilot, our AI technology built for driving customized outcomes to clients.
Key Relationships you'll handle & collaborate with:
• Client Strategy Team - Performance POC's/Ops POC's
• Internal Ops teams
• Engagement Team/CSM team
What your day job looks like:
• Execute campaign set-up and trafficking.
• Develop basic yield optimization strategies by monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to optimize, improve ROI and find levers for incremental revenue.
• Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of senior campaign manager and assigned client guidelines.
• Assist the client services team in understanding and conveying technical aspects of campaign delivery, performance, and monitoring of campaign.
• Provide periodic reports to the stakeholders and senior campaign managers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively help to advise/consult with internal departments regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, campaign performance and sell-thru reporting.

• Knowledge and passion for digital marketing: digital display, digital branding, digital direct response, video & mobile
• Understanding of VAST and VPAID
• TrueView and YouTube Inventories
