Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying client needs, and providing consultation on various services provided by Ichelon Consulting Group. The Tele-counselor will also be responsible for lead generation, database management, and appointment scheduling. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience as a tele-counselor or in a similar customer service role Experience in healthcare industry is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Experience in lead generation and database management Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field Experience: 1-3 Years CTC: Upto 3.6LPAJob tags
