3D BluePrint India Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of the 3D BluePrint group and provides architectural and engineering services. With over 20 architects and engineers, the company has state-of-the-art infrastructure and is housed in a 2,100 square feet open and transparent office in Ahmedabad.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr BIM Modeler/Engineer. The role involves creating and designing Building Information Models (BIM), creating construction drawings. The Sr BIM Modeler/Engineer will also work with Project Managers, may also be asked to handle projects independently

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in Architecture and working with Revit Architecture Software
• Modeler experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and design principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, or related field

Experience with Revit Architecture software and good English communication based in Ahmedabad or presently working in Ahmedabad will be preferred.
