Q2, a leading fintech product company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join our dynamic Engineering Team. As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our fintech products through a combination of manual and automated testing methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, with a focus on product testing.
  • Experience in Automation Testing, preferably with a strong understanding of Python-based automation frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of fintech products and services.
  • Full-stack QA experience, including Web and native app testing, API testing, Backend testing, Database testing, cloud testing, and performance testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Product Testing(Must Have): Conduct thorough functional (manual) testing of Q2's fintech products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Automation Testing(Must Have): Develop and execute automated test scripts, with a preference for Python-based automation frameworks. Automation skills are essential for this role.
  • Full-Stack QA(Must Have): Demonstrate proficiency in testing across the entire technology stack, including Web and native app testing, API testing, Backend testing, Database testing, cloud testing, and performance testing.
  • Fintech Expertise(Good To Have): Leverage your understanding of fintech products and services to identify potential quality issues and ensure the optimal performance of our financial solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies within the Engineering Team.
